Our renowned RunFit program is designed to get you out in the fresh air, whilst enjoying some of Perth's world class running locations. Run your way to a fitter, healthier you and enjoy the challenge of the 2016 HBF Run for a Reason (12km).
The 5-week program lead by Our Team of Running Coaches Brett & Rosemarie will fine tune your running technique to make you a more efficient runner. In addition the program is geared to build running conditioning for strength, endurance and speed. Each week the running distances are gradually increased, so you only require a running base of around 3km+ to get started.The 6-week training program is designed to get you ready to tackle the 12km HBF Run for a Reason on May 22. Brett has trained over 120+ runners to successfully complete the City to Surf event over the past decade, and this year we take on a new and exciting challenge.
RunFit 2016 Run for a Reason Program Details:
Start Date: Sunday 17th April
Time: 8.00am (60min)
Venue: Week 1- Mind Body & Soul Fitness Studio
Week 2-5: External locations including Bicton Quarantine Park, Point Walter, Port Beach & Piney Lakes
Week 6: 12km HBF Run for a Reason (Sunday 22nd May 2016)
Investment:
$150.00 (Non-HBF Members) includes 5-week Runfit Program, Team T-shirt & entry into 12km HBF Run for a Reason.
$140.00 (HBF Members) includes 5-week Runfit Program, Team T-shirt & entry into 12km HBF Run for a Reason.
